Dear Sir/ Madam,

Regarding: Trude Lobben brings the case back to the Court, to examine new violations.

I will inform you that on November 4, Trude Lobben brought a new
application to the ECHR, as the applicants are of the view that there has
been a new violation of Article 8, taken together with Article 46 of the
Convention. The applicants also claim that there is a violation of Article
6 of the Convention.

As you already are aware of, the Norwegian courts simply refuse to reopen
the case, not acting in good faith and in a manner compatible with the
“conclusions and spirit” of the first Lobben judgment.

In fact things have gotten worse since the first Lobben judgment was
announced by the Grand Chamber on 10 September 2019.

I also remind you that the Norwegian authorities follow the same pattern
in all of the other cases where the Court has found Norway to violate
Article 8 of the Convention:

Norway simply refuses to respect the judgments given by the Court.
